The team at ATS Jacksonville recently shifted its organizational structure to better serve its customers and streamline processes. Dawson Padgett, John Holton and Derek Bennett have all accepted new positions in the organization. Dawson Padgett has been promoted to Asphalt Performance Lab Manager.
