2025 Team Member Transitions at ATS

As we welcome a new year, the team at ATS also welcomes new personnel changes on the team! Congratulations to Gerad VanHoosier, Dawson Padgett, Robert Taliaferro, and Caleb Mathews on their new roles!

Gerad VanHoosier has been promoted to ATS Performance Lab Manager. In this role Gerad will have full command of the performance and mix design lab accreditation, performance technician training, and task management. He will work closely with the Client Manager and Mix Designers, ensuring all testing is completed properly per test methods or as required by the customers.

Dawson Padgett has been promoted to Client Manager for ATS. With ATS’ growth, it’s imperative to have a designated person responsible for constant communication with customers. This position includes report writing, research planning, project management and overseeing lab operations. His experience as the Performance Lab Manager will prove valuable in this position.

Robert Taliaferro has shifted to the ATS Data Manager role. He is responsible for all things data management in the LASTRADA software. He will ensure all information in and out of this system is accurate and available to those who need it. Robert will also manage all samples arriving at the labs for testing. Robert will be the communication liaison between customers and technicians to confirm the team has the correct samples prepared for the respective testing. Robert will also be the contact for all Accounts Receivables.

Caleb Mathews recently earned his Mix Designer certification and has moved into a Mix Designer role at ATS. In this role, Caleb is responsible for the creation, development, modification, and review of all mix designs. Caleb must remain current on all AASHTO, ASTM and other test methods and design specifications. Since ATS provides mix designs for customers around the world, adding Caleb to the Mix Design team will help distribute the workload!

These changes will strengthen the ATS team and position us for continued success in the year ahead! Please join us in congratulating everyone on their new roles and in supporting them as we work together!
